How many times we have admired the flock of birds flying high in the sky? But have we ever paid attention to a single one? No, but why? Simple because when a flock flies, the scene is mesmerizing but how they made it possible? By working together. As beautifully said in the class that animals have been on this planet longer than us, so we as humans should learn from them. Humans are social animals and thus, being together is in our nature. Taking this concept of togetherness in the fields is what makes the success, a moment of enjoyment.
In the modern world, we are forgetting that it is not about I or me but us. Self-centeredness is required to be displaced by mutual compassion and partnerships. I am someone who likes everything to be at the point and sometimes I forget where to stop, but when I started to work in teams after this realization, it changes me a lot. I wouldn't say I have overcome it completely, but it feels like I just started. After reading about the transformation from achievement-tracking manager to empathetic leader, I get a boost in my confidence that I can also mend myself. I wish to have people who trust me and have that common vision.

One thing that has always been my challenge of not letting myself be vulnerable to anyone. Everyone who interact with me, even my closest ones, my family never saw me when I was transparent, and they can look inside me. I feel like if I let my guard down, I will lose my control over emotions. However, after accepting that fact if I wish to have people who will stand by my side for the war of success, I have to be vulnerable and let them see who I am and why I am. A long journey for me but letting that side out is required.
Honestly, I have never liked the way tyranny leadership is practiced because I view it as a hindrance in working with full potential, since you never know what an individual is capable of and just making them follow the order, you are restricting them. However, I wouldn't also complete decentralization, as I feel like an excess of everything is bad. I would much prefer to stand together in a straight line, but a leader standing with the team. What I mean is everyone is given a platform for their suggestion and views, but there should be one, a voice of reason to suggest. A leader who will be there to help you stand up, if you fall. A leader who will be a ray of light or hope at the darkest of dawns. This is a vision of mine, and I would like to be that leader. The journey is a long one and full of curves, but nothing is easy.
